Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Nopeme Data, a U.S.-based data services provider, handles information associated with website visits, inquiries, samples, and commercial services.

Effective and last updated · July 11, 2026

Nopeme Data ("Nopeme," "we," "us," or "our") follows data-minimization principles. We do not sell personal information, and we do not intentionally request sensitive personal information that is unrelated to providing our services.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to `nopeme.us`, `status.nopeme.us`, `dash.nopeme.us`, and inquiries, samples, datasets, subscriptions, API access, and custom data services provided through those sites. A signed agreement or order form may include additional privacy terms that control for that engagement.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details, such as your name, business email address, Telegram username, organization, and role.
  • Messages sent through live chat, email, or Telegram, including the platform, market, category, fields, format, and intended use you request.
  • Order, delivery, support, billing, and transaction records when a commercial engagement is established.

Website and security information

  • IP address, browser and device type, request URL, access time, referring page, error logs, and security events.
  • Cookie, local-storage, and session information used by our hosting, security, or chat providers.
Our data products are derived from publicly available commerce pages. We do not offer services designed to collect private user information or non-public platform data.

3. Sources of Information

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from service providers that support our website and communications, and from business counterparties involved in an authorized engagement.

4. How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries, provide samples, and scope requested data services.
  • Deliver datasets, subscriptions, API access, support, and account communications.
  • Secure, operate, troubleshoot, and improve our websites and services.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.
  • Maintain business, accounting, contractual, and dispute-resolution records.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us, including:

  • Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery, network security, and logs.
  • Chatway for live-chat functionality and customer communications.
  • Email and Telegram providers for communications you choose to initiate.
  • Storage, delivery, accounting, security, or technical providers used for an authorized commercial engagement.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

6. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service delivery, security, accounting, contractual obligations, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary based on the type of record and the relationship involved.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege practices, service isolation, and security logging. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, we do not currently provide a sale or targeted-advertising opt-out mechanism.

To submit a request, email connect@nopeme.us. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. International Users

Our service is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses, professionals, and researchers and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our sites use or link to third-party services, including Cloudflare, Chatway, Google Fonts, and Telegram. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites after you leave our services.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. We may provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.

14. Contact Us
